1. Overview
This website is operated by essenceclosetuk ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Using our store
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products and pricing
We do our best to display our products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible, but screens vary and we can't guarantee that what you see exactly matches the item. All prices are shown in [GBP] and include any applicable VAT. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers, and we don't store your full card details.

5. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you once they're delivered.

6. Returns and cancellations
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Limitation of liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable, or for any business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.

10. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
